Job Description

  • Serve as technical lead for the Process Safety Department, and the primary hub of process safety knowledge and mentorship for the refinery.
  • Advise in development of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) e.g. LOPA facilitation and / or rating Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF)
  • Advise in development of pressure relief devices, sizing and selection.
  • Advise in development of inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance (ITPM) plans for rotating equipment, fixed equipment, and / or instrumentation and electrical systems.
  • Assist with hazard reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering + five (5) years experience in refining with an emphasis on process safety.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license DESIRED.
  • MUST be willing to relocate to Wyoming.
