You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailActs as the Alternate Contract Manager (ACM) in the absence of the Contract Manager (CM) (equivalent to a Project Manager).
Prepares and submits job order reports as required.
Conducts property transactions on behalf of the PBO using the GCSS-A automated property accounting system at the property book level and has working knowledge of FMSWeb, DST, and AESIP.
Prepares equipment and paperwork necessary to facilitate the onward movement and/or retrograde of equipment to DLA DS, CONUS, APOD, OCONUS, or other designated locations via US Postal Service, DHL, FEDEX or US Military approved ground or air transport methods/means.
Must have access to DOD logistic websites and have a thorough understanding of the systems.
