Enter and organize data in designated project tracking systems.
Fulfill internal information request to support project success. Request formats include but are not limited to E-mails, phone calls, meeting, and data sheets.
Develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
Support team members in layer one troubleshooting of defective network equipment. Some training will be provided.
Work with manager to develop and execute technical education plan.
