Individual contributor who will partner with a dedicated number of People Managers and who is supported by a (Sr) HRBP/ (Sr) HRM.
Support the (Sr) HR Business Partners in employee relations processes and cases including absence, performance management, disciplinary procedures and outcomes;
Contributes to the review of existing HR policies, procedures and processes and signals possibilities for optimization, guides operational implementation and execution in own business unit
Actively transfers knowledge and skills to line management, with good judgment of what to delegate and what not to delegate to HRG.
Lead change initiatives with stakeholders at local & global level. Be the change agent to set a culture within the business teams.
