We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Resolving tickets raised by employees on IT Support
- End user support for Apple device configuration
- End user support during Onboarding & Off-boarding and end to end administration of JAMF platform
- Managing application rollout and upgrade deployed application
- Champion a culture of high ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
- 2- 3years of overall experience inMacOS, Jamf,zoho manage engine or similar tools
- 2 -3 years of previous relevant experience, across multiple vendor and technologies
- Understanding of Cloud, Server, Storage
- Certification of new Mac hardware
- Manage all technology procurement, budget, and vendor relationships
Monitor and troubleshoot Network, Systems, Servers, as events occur and manage them to resolution
Create and maintain documentation for IT policies, including data security, data backup and retention, and acceptable use
- Integrate new peripherals, supporting drivers and software, including but not limited to printers and medical equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
