Job Description
- Prepare Tender Schedules . Prepare Baseline schedules for construction stage . Produce Resource Schedules . . Generate critical milestones for the construction stages. . Provide cash flow charts for the Project. . Maintain a schedule of actual progress against programmed progress in the project and issue to management on a weekly and monthly basis. . Prepare monthly invoice forecast based on the current jobs progress. . work with both office and site based Cost Managers. . Maintain a schedule of actual progress against programmed progress in the project and issue to management on a weekly and monthly basis. .
