Your role and goals
We re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to manage all the HR activities ranging from compensation and benefits, recruitment and people operations for our newly established entity in Hyderabad. You will work closely with the Managing Director, people managers, People Business Partners, and the People Operations team in Berlin, providing expert guidance in HR processes.
In your first 3 months you will:
- Work closely with our Vice President and Managing Director to assist him in establishing the newly formed entity and aligning all policies for India with global Productsup policies
- Handle day-to-day HR-related queries from employees and solve them in a timely manner
- Setup polices and execution for rapidly recruiting and onboarding talent across various departments and roles
- Increase employee engagement through coordinating internal activities and events
- Coordinate with the global payroll and finance teams on any payments, invoices, payroll, benefits administration
- Establish a good working relationship with external vendors and service providers
In your first 6 months you will:
- Assist the People Ops team in preparing HR documents and suggest ideas to enhance employee experience
- Continuously maintain accurate employee data and important documents
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures, as well as assist with the implementation of critical HR projects, such as employee engagement, benefits, or learning/training initiatives
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor s or Master s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
- 6+ years of HR generalist experience, being the front face of HR, representing policies and practises to managers and employees across organisations
- Experience working in a start-up; experience in SaaS or a software company is be an added advantage
- Tech savvy, with experience of working with an HRIS, and advanced MS-Office skills
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively navigate and manage sensitive situations
- Accountable and action-oriented working style with the ability to drive change and connect HR to business results
