Job Description

We specialize in leveraging Radio TV OOH digital platforms audiostreaming apps and YouTube content creation to maximize brand visibility and drive business growth for our clients. With a focus on creativity strategy and results we strive to be at the forefront of the advertising industry constantly adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and the market. Apart from India we have an international presence in Dubai as well.

Position Overview:

Reach India seeks experienced advertising professionals to join our team in Noida. The inbent will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities fostering strong client relationships and strategically expanding our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the advertising industry or marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

Identifies and prospects potential clients across the market segments
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and objectives. Develops customized proposals and presentations that showcase Reach India's capabilities and solutions tailored to each client requirements Generates potential leads and persuades them to close using networking tools and other mediums
Collaborates with internal teams including creative strategy and account management to ensure seamless of client campaigns. Staying abreast on industry trends competitor activities and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Understands media verticals (Radio TV Digital OOH etc.) and pitches the proposal by understanding the client s requirements and budget.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of at least 210 years in business development or sales roles within the advertising industry or marketing agency only.
Good communication negotiation and presentation ss.
