We have a full-time opening for a Spanish bilingual receptionist at our Carmichael location. Our ideal candidate has experience with scheduling classes, customer service experience with a desire to go above and beyond customers expectation, as well as experience using Word and Excel.
The right candidate must be extremely organized, motivated, and able to manage incoming leads, appointments, and phone calls for a fast-paced and growing CPR training provider in Sacramento, California and will be expected to work alternating weekends per month.
- Cover phones and emails
- Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner
- Pre-qualify leads and set appointments
- Schedule classes and manage instructor schedule to ensure no schedule conflicts.
- Follow up calls on AHA reservations to ensure customer complete registration.
- Marketing support as needed.
- Review, call, track, assign and manage all leads.
- Maintains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges.
- Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Capture customer Live scan images and complete transmission.
- Basic computer/typing skills and demonstrated ability to utilize MS Office programs. Ability to use online, web-based technology to submit payroll time-card, course related training documents and for regular communication.
- Access to phone, internet and email.
