Jack Laurie Flooring Services is a locally owned Cleaning Company. We are dedicated to our customers and providing every customer with a great experience. We specialize in cleaning services to a broad spectrum of customers from our local schools to light industry projects.


Hours

Varies to needs of the business- must be open to working some nights and weekends


Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee all cleaning services daily operations, they will directly manage the Area Supervisors as well as all cleaning personnel. They will be the direct line to the customer, so must be able to provide outstanding customer service. The Operations Manager must make sure that the cleaning team is equipped with all the proper tools and supplies to be successful in their everyday duties.

Manage a team of 35+ personnel to success

Develop plans to solve issues with their accounts

Help with renewal of accounts

Customer audits to ensure quality is being met

Manage weekly cleaning schedules, tools, and supplies, as well as conduct inventories.

Conduct training for new personnel as well as refresher training for existing personnel

Work well both independently as well as with a team

Work Environment

Operations Manager must remain flexible, hours will vary on a day-to-day basis. Must be able to resolve issues quickly and when necessary, lend a hand to complete daily tasks. Answer calls from customers as well as team members. Lead with compassion but have a backbone in tough situations.


Physical Demands

Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs., capable to perform essential functions of the position, not being a direct threat to yourself or others in accordance with safety regulations.


Requirements
Preferred experience in the cleaning industry but not required

Managing and scheduling personnel
Pass a background check
Valid driver s license with reliable transportation
