Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daytoday operations of our facilities. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of operators ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining highquality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of operators to ensure productivity and efficiency

Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow

Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Oversee inventory management and control

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operational activities

Train and develop staff to enhance performance and skills

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Handle any issues or challenges that arise during operations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problemsolving abilities

Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience working in a fastpaced environment
