We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Advocacy Operations Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations in the advocacy department accurately entering and maintaining a variety of data and handling various administrative tasks. This role includes heavy data entry. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity and handle administrative tasks that support the smooth functioning of the advocacy department and have excellent organizational and communication skills. This candidate with work closely with the Senior Manager to complete a variety of tasks.
CareGuide Advocates values its employees and offers a generous benefits package and a starting salary range of $45000 $50000 annually. This is a hybrid role and will require 12 days in office at our Dallas office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data in our company s databases from various sources (paper digital records etc.)
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before entry to ensure it aligns with company policies
- Organize and maintain digital and paper files for easy retrieval and reference
- Monitor incoming data for any inconsistencies or errors and report these to the department manager
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls emails and paper correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion
- Follow established data entry procedures and adhere to quality control measures
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing scanning and organizing documents
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 23 years experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer services skills both written and verbal
- 12 years experience working with multiline phone system
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
