Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • You will help shape the strategic direction of HR and organizational development in the support areas in close coordination with managers and business partners.
  • Your focus is on ensuring that employees and the company are successful - to this end, you are responsible for human resources and organisational development projects, critically question existing processes and develop new solutions, both for small and large challenges.
  • You advise specialists and managers on our personnel and organizational development measures.
  • You will use personnel development tools in a needs-oriented manner and ensure that they are implemented consistently throughout the company.
  • Support of global and national projects, e.g. design of HR development programs, hosting group culture development, IT implementation, etc.
  • Define and create requirement profiles as well as plan, organize and supervise suitability diagnostics and further training for specialists and executives.
  • Conception and moderating workshops.

We Appreciate:

You graduated in business administration (with a focus on human resources), psychology or business education with a corresponding focus and are ready to start your career after initial practical experience (desirable). In addition, the following points ideally apply to you:

  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
  • You have initial experience with personnel and/or organizational development processes and tools (e.g. aptitude diagnostics, feedback processes, succession and career planning).
  • You are an organisational talent and are interested in questioning and further developing processes and Structures.
  • You have an affinity for the Internet industry and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • You enjoy constantly optimizing and developing processes and measures and are happy to contribute your innovative ideas to the self-organized team.
  • You know moderation techniques and apply them in a simple context.
