Job Description

As we expand our reach we are seeking a skilled Junior Advertising and Marketing Sales Representative to join our remote team in Germany.

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and resultsoriented Junior Advertising and Marketing Sales Representative fluent in German and proficient in English (B2 level or higher). This remote position is ideal for a selfstarter with at least one year of experience in sales and/or marketing. The successful candidate will be pivotal in promoting our digital services generating new leads and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development:

    • Identify and engage potential clients in the German market for our digital advertising and marketing services.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
    • Reach out to prospects through various channels (email phone social media) to generate leads and arrange meetings.
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients ensuring regular followup to build relationships.
    • Present and demonstrate our digital services to prospective clients effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales strategies and campaigns.
  2. Marketing Support:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our digital services.
    • Develop engaging content for our website social media platforms and email newsletters.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Support the organization and execution of online events webinars and other promotional activities.
    • Manage and update our CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and clients.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries providing prompt and effective solutions.
    • Gather and analyze client feedback working with the team to implement necessary improvements and enhancements.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customer support to achieve common goals.
    • Participate in regular team meetings contributing ideas and insights to enhance our sales and marketing efforts.
    • Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing preferably within the digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • A proactive resultsoriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
