Kind Professional nanny needed Ladbroke Grove #00P33

Kind family in Ladbroke Grove, recently returned from working overseas, is looking for an experienced, loving, responsible, active nanny to care for their one year old.

This is a sole charge position starting either December or January, 5 days per week, M-F. 50 hours per week, 8 til 6pm.

Duties include full care of their 1 year old baby from 8 ti 6pm. Taking baby to classes, to the park, arranging playdates, at home and away. Planning and arranging activities for indoor and out. Liaising with the parents, keeping a brief daily diary of babys activities and meals etc.

Family home is a large house with garden. They have 2 pet rabbits, but they are kept outside and nanny does not need to do anything with them. Parents are happy for nanny to make suggestions of books or toys etc which might be good for baby, in addition to the good number they already have.

Parents are very kind and very friendly. They work full time and also travel, so they need a completely reliable and professional nanny, and someone who is looking for a long term position.

The family may welcome more babies in future years, so someone with young baby experience as well as toddler and pre-schooler will be useful.

Nanny should be fluent in English and interested in early years development and education.
Parents both work full time, so this is a sole charge position. When a parent works from home, nanny must be ok with that.

Nanny must be fully covid vaccinated as there will be occasions when nanny might need to travel with them to Europe.

This is a strictly NO Smoking position.

Nanny, with lots of initiative and energy. Trustworthy and reliable.

Loving but firm. Able to teach good manners.

Up to date Enhanced DBS (you can apply through Kinder Nannies & Staff)

Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate

Right to work in UK (& already living in the UK)

Good references for recent and relevant nanny work

Able to run after small children

Be able to engage in play at floor level for extended periods of time and get up from the floor quickly.

Speaks good English
