We are seeking aBusiness Development Manager, to work closely with the tech team, on growing and managing the Fintech side of the business. This role requires a mix of commercial and client management skills and offers huge room for growth in responsibilities and new skills.
WHAT YOU LL DO
Cross sell to existing client base to up sell the API lead generation tool to businesses.
Working closely with the tech team to manage timelines, execution of product integration and ensuring the service delivery is seamless.
General account management of portfolio.
Day to day relationship management activities including client management and to be first point of contact for all queries and requests.
Provide regular reporting to the management team.
Feedback issues and work through resolutions with the tech team.
WHAT YOU LL BRING
Solid account management skills and building relationships across all forms of client communication
Proven success in the creation and delivery of Business development strategies to secure profitable business
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and confidence to engage with key external relationships and build credibility
Team player able to work to external and internal timelines and priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to analyzefinancial, legal and commercially sensitive information
Knowledge and experience of international payments, APIs and deliverable FX is essential
