Position Overview
They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Junior Dealer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in finance and foreign exchange (FX) to build a career in the currency risk management industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales an existing understanding of FX products such as spot and forward contracts and a desire to contribute to the success of our clients and the company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Senior Dealers and clients to understand their currency risk exposure and financial objectives.
Provide consultative advice and recommend appropriate FX solutions including spot and forward contracts tailored to each clients needs.
Market Analysis and Research
Stay updated on global economic events geopolitical factors and market trends affecting currency movements.
Conduct research to provide insights into market conditions and potential risks to private clients & businesses.
of FX Transactions
Assist in the of FX trades ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
Monitor trade s and posttrade activities ensuring timely settlements.
Product Knowledge
Develop a comprehensive understanding of FX products including spot contracts forward contracts options and other derivatives.
Educate clients on the benefits and risks associated with various FX solutions.
Sales Support
Support the sales team by participating in client meetings and presentations as a subject matter expert.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop informative materials and resources for clients.
Risk Management
Assist in assessing and managing potential risks associated with FX transactions and market volatility.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field preferred
Previous sales experience ideally within a financial or related industry
Strong interest in finance currency markets and foreign exchange products
Knowledge of FX products such as spot and forward contracts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
Detailoriented with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good knowledge of FX derivatives. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
