Description:
*ELECTRICAL HARDWARE TEST ENGINEER NEEDED*
Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with strong focus on simulation and modeling for inverter-dominated power systems required
Expertise with electrical test equipment, such as DC sources, e-Loads, oscilloscopes, electrical measurement/instrumentation, and related components (for example using National Instruments, Texas Instruments data acquisition equipment).
Familiarity with applicable industry codes and standards such as ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NFPA, and NERC/FERC.
Experience with inverter modeling and testing in hardware
Experience with test equipment typically used for embedded electronics development such as Logic Analyzers, high performance Oscilloscopes and Spectrum Analyzers, etc.
Experience validating, testing, and debugging electrical and electronic systems.
Capable of writing test specifications and test plans based on norms, standards, or use cases.
Real world problem solving and a hands-on, can-do mentality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills in English required.
Flexibility and resourcefulness to work in a growing, dynamic, interdisciplinary team of specialists.
Full-time onsite in ABC office at Princeton, NJ
