- Need a mainframe resource with extensive experience working in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, Easytrieve to work in Development and Maintenance project.
- This is a requirement for an Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance client and knowledge in Policy Management System (PMS) process will be an added advantage.
- Resource should have good communication skills.
- Resource should have experience working in Agile methodology or have sufficient knowledge around Agile.
- Resource should have knowledge working in Mainframe Online and Batch processing.
- Resource should be willing to develop a strong and deep acumen to gain business knowledge.
- Should have penchant to learn interfacing apps to understand the overall requirement and deliver accordingly.
- Should be proactive in involving stakeholders when appropriate in Requirement gathering, clarifications, testing and walkthroughs
