Job Title: Financial Analyst Vendor Manager

Location of role: Chicago, IL 60601 Must be onsite 2 or 3 days a week- Located Near Wacker and Michigan Ave.

Salary or Hourly range: 85K to 100K plus bonus Depending on experience DOE

Key Points of the role: Financial Analyst Vendor management

Required Job Qualifications: Financial analysis skills and strong Excel skills are required. Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Vendor management, Supplier management, negotiations, pricing

* Knowledge of tools/applications used within Internal Operations experience with comparable tools.

* Strategically oriented; financial and business acumen skills.

.* Customer service skills including managing customers' expectations and/or vendor relationships.

* Negotiation skills.

* Gather and analyze key divisional and portfolio performance metrics and communicate these metrics from detail to summary level. Lead presentations to all levels of management within the organization.

* Identify risks/issues and assist in making recommendations on process improvements within Internal Operations and the Enterprise Supplier Financial Governance and lead/assist in the implementation.

* Create and manage complex business/financial models/business case cost estimation and benefit determination and forecasting. Build new complex models.

* Review analysis of financial reports prepared by team, i.e. variance analysis, staffing analysis, corporate reporting of Budget. Actual, metric reporting.

* Consult and collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g. Project Management, Project Accounting), coordinating processes and requirements to ensure accurate and timely delivery of analysis, business cases and project updates. Develop and maintain strong business relationship with business partners.

* Review existing models for accuracy and build new complex models (Resource, Capacity, Sourcing, etc) in regard to cost structure and funding processes. Analyze cost saving opportunities by reporting and measuring against metrics to assess the financial success of the program.
