Position Overview: The Financial Planning yst will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial ysis forecasting and planning support to drive strategic business decisions. This position requires strong ytical ss attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and support business planning.
- Budgeting: ist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Variance ysis: yze financial performance versus budget and forecast; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Data ysis: Collect yze and interpret financial data to support decisionmaking processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Compliance: Ensure financial practices and reports comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 24 years of experience in financial ysis or a related role.
