Endpoint Security Engineer

Tasks

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Cortex XDR (previously known as Traps);
• Cortex XDR is EDR solutions, basically Endpoint Security product;
• Present to clients at all levels, from Systems;
• Administrators to Executive Leadership, highlighting the benefits of Cortex XDR;
• Design and implement Cortex XDR architectures that will allow business and security requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the organization;
• Provide Technical Expertise on all aspects of Containerization technologies;
• Provide guidance and technical direction to clients who have deployed or are in the process of deploying;
• Identifies, recommends, coordinates, and delivers timely knowledge to support teams regarding technologies, processes, or tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Security Architect and/or Engineering role; 3+ years of experience working with using Endpoint Security solutions and/or EDR;
• Ability to perform threat modeling and design reviews to assess security implications and requirements for the introduction of new technologies;
• Knowledge of Endpoint OS (Windows);
• English (Business level, speaking).

Prefer if candidate have

• Certifications of AWS and/or Azure, GCP, or other Cloud Service Providers;
• Experience with Cortex XDR and/or Endpoint Security Solutions (EPP / EDR);
• Knowledge of Endpoint OS (Windows, Linux, macOS); Understanding of Windows PowerShell and Linux Bash;
• Experience working with customers, positioning, configuring, and demonstrating solutions;
• Experience in understanding CVE, Exploits, and Runtime Security.
