Job Role:Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Albany, NY
Duties:
Professional phone skills, experience greeting visitors and assisting constituents needing guidance.
Data entry skills, scheduling and coordination skills to help set up Triple C presenter requests, attention to detail to help conduct letter stuffing jobs with multiple enclosures, ability to utilize resources to direct callers and visitors to assistance they need.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs - Word, Excel, Access. Must be able to assist with scanning and filing, handling sometimes confidential /time sensitive documents/materials.
Preferred Education - High School
