Ensure Customer Satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
To follow up on both Positive & Negative feedback of Customers.
Responsibilities:
To lead & manage a team of agents.
Recommending solutions & guiding Product users through features & functions.
Must be an Excellent Communicator who is able to earn our clients trust.
Identifying & assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Managing incoming calls.
