Production Planning & Control Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a PPC Engineer for our organization and he is also able to handle some of the work related to logistics.

Job Description:
Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery in ERP
ECO, Deviation, Master job list, Job scheduling in ERP
Weekly production report to keep track of production schedules
Production Planning / Scheduling
Purchase review and monitor purchase order
Sales order entry, Job entry, Executive analysis
Monitor all import shipment to reach at our facility in timely manner/checklist Approval.
Monitor all export shipment to reach at customer facility in timely manner
Suggest shipping way to supplier as well find best shipping way for export shipment
E-way Bill preparation on government site & Air-way bill preparation
Find economical and fastest way for import and export/Negotiation with logistic partner
CHIMS registration on government site
Advance duty calculation on a week basis
Weekly freight calculation & review on Import shipment.
Maintaining daily shipment records and file.
Pre dispatch details to accounts dept. for invoice preparation

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

• Evening Shift

Experience:

• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
• Electronics field experience is more preferable.

Education:

• Graduation in E.C preferable.
