Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Plan execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals.
Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents.
Deployment and Configuration:
Oversee MPLS deployment and ILL deployment projects.
Configure network hardware including routers and firewalls.
Manage and implement network management tools.
Network Management and Troubleshooting:
Perform network analysis to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot network issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Conduct network performance tuning and optimization.
Customer Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for customer technical representatives.
Ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers during project deployment.
Design and Implementation:
Design and implement network solutions to meet organizational needs.
Conduct IP address auditing and ensure compliance with policies.
Prepare and maintain documentation for network configuration and changes.
Other Responsibilities:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Participate in afterhours support and maintenance activities as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2. Proven experience in project management within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
3. Strong technical background in network deployment configuration and troubleshooting.
4. Proficiency in configuring and managing routers firewalls and network management tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 7. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
