Scope of Work:

We are currently seeking a Residential Building Superintendent contractor to serve our client in London, area code N6A on Saturdays.
Thorough cleaning of residential building common spaces, amenity rooms (included but not limited to laundry room, community/party room, guest room) and upkeep as required

Taking out garbage
Perform spot checks at building exterior/litter
Post signs in the building
Call companies for quotes if repairs needed
Duties may change daily due to emergencies, leaks, annual inspections, etc.
Service schedule: Only Saturdays, 7.5 hours shift (9:00 - 5:00 with half-hour unpaid break)

Pay rate: 25/hr
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Contract

Must-Haves to Be Considered:

Minimum 1 -year building superintendent experience with cleaning experience
Good Communication (English speaking)
Able to use mobile applications and emails
Have a smartphone and data plan
Willing to work as an independent contractor or Main Contractor (Business Owner)
Maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy as well as a positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills.

Only experienced cleaning professionals can be called by our operations team.
If all the requirements are met you will get selected and we will propose you a first test job. We will walk you through the required standards and see if the cooperation works for both parties.
We rely on a tight network of highly skilled subcontractors who grow their business with us and to whom we provide regular opportunities to provide services for our clients.

How you will get paid:

Perform service(s) as booked on a Mon-Sun cycle
The following week, you will be sent an invoice draft for you to confirm
Payment is done by direct deposit each Friday for the prior week
