Technical Program Analyst/Specialist (117959)

Provide quality current and historical reporting and ad-hoc project support to the company's commercial financing community as part of the WW Commercial Financing Operations team supporting Business Support Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Finance. Provide end-to-end execution and delivery of key technical reports, metrics, and analytics to the WW CoF team in areas of AR Management, Volume and Revenue, Fee Billing, and Risk Management. Interpret reports to identify key data trends and problem areas, as well as develop technical solutions to improve analytics capabilities utilizing knowledge of IBM Db2 QMF and SQL. Create technical reports to address on-going IT business needs within the CoF portfolio, utilizing knowledge of CoF Systems and processes. Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting and IT analysis deliverables, utilizing knowledge of IBM and IGF COF Processes/Offerings/Technology (IRFS, MVS). Drive process efficiency via the development of AI, robots or other alternatives to eliminate manual work in the COEs and improve IT-related business controls. Maintain the existing technical report library for IT functions and perform Ad-hoc data analysis as requested to managers and senior managers, utilizing tools such as IRFS, Cognos, IW, and Excel to extract data. Support key transformational initiatives, including being a focal point for settlement related questions for client company being serviced. Run ad-hoc transformational IT projects as requested by the General Manager and CoF Operations Executive. Seek opportunities to innovate technical IT processes across the business and to enable the WW CoF team to understand key information about the portfolio to manage risk and deliver key customer information to help clients' and service partners succeed. Provide in-depth view into the Commercial Lending portfolio applications for company via IBM IRFS for monthly and quarterly management review. Create, run and distribute worldwide account receivable reports, using IBM Cognos, QMF for Workstation, SQL Brio and IRFS Database skills as well as set-up and maintain new data interfaces between IRFS (Host System) and PFS Data IW systems and set up customized reports and dashboards on the IW system for internal sales teams to forecast business revenue, business volume and business disputes.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in a specialty field.
