Junior Officer/ Officer - Clinical Administration

Reports to the department Incharge.
To transcribe the discharge summaries dictated.
Ensuring quality of output with marginal or zero errors.
Ensuring the documents is submitted on time to the consultant for signatures.
After typing hand over to the supervisor to send for consultants signature.
To coordinate with the technicians if urgent summaries are received.
To coordinate with JMS if dictation required help in interpretation.
Try and do the discharge summary typing before the patient discharges
If the hand written summary received, type and send for consultants signature.
To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization.
