As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help our customers build and implement our customized app. In this role, you will own the early phase of the customer lifecycle where the foundation for success is built. A client s first interaction after purchasing the product takes place with the Onboarding team, so it is important that you are knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. Your goal is to accelerate the deployment of clients platforms while offering exceptional customer-focused service. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of people skills, empathy, and organization. They will be naturally collaborative, articulate, and motivated to maximize customer success and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop credibility and earn customer trust by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and an ability to listen
- Assist customers in the creation of our app
- Train customers on how to use the app in their practice
- Provide valuable advice on the creation of rewards, offers, packages, and memberships
- Offer guidance on how to manage the app and grow business
- Harbor successful client outcomes and accelerate Time to Value
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing role- ideally onboarding, implementation, customer success, or something similar
- Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our client's businesses
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- Experience handling difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
- An eagerness to tackle things on your own
- Ability to work within a team environment
- A capability to work well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
- The motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly
You ll also likely have
- Prior experience at a growth stage internet/software company
- Familiarity with the aesthetics industry and the ability to research/self-start
- Prior experience working with large, mid-market companies as well as tech-savvy start-ups
- Proven project management skills or a strong desire to build those skills
