Compensation: Up to $25/hr.

Career Transitions is engaged with a leading innovator in their respected industry and due to rapid growth are looking to add a dynamic Electronics Support Technician to their team!

What you are doing as a Support Technician:

• Phone support to OEMs, Service Centers, and End Users for troubleshooting and product information.


• Onsite troubleshooting and installation assistance of products at OEMs.


• Participate in service schools at OEMs.


• Generate RMA, credit, and packing slip information.


• Evaluate returned products for operation.


• Provide technical analysis for returned products.


• Capable of working in a team environment.


• Confront issues in a constructive and timely manner at an appropriate organizational level.

What you need as a Support Technician:

• A.S. Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience with electronics


• Customer service experience preferred


• Proficiency with Microsoft office required


• Critical thinking, multi-tasking, quality focused, goal oriented
