Title: Siebel Production Support
Location: Dallas, Tx (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for SLA Management
- Ensure the overall stability, performance, and quality of the Siebel
- Lead Production application issue resolution and system enhancement development efforts from requirement gathering and analysis through implementation
- Prioritize, schedule, assign, and manage the workload of the Siebel support and development staff
- Provide functional and technical support and guidance to the Siebel
- Liaise with the Help Desk Manager, Technical Leads, Project Manager, 3rd party vendors and business owners
- Maintain and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedure
- Metrics Reporting
- Maintain and communicate status to management
