Title: Manufacturing Team Leader
Pay Rate or Salary Range: $20.00/hr.
Benefits include health dental and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date).
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday Night. 11:00 pm 7:00 am.
Location: Keller TX
Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Team Leader to work onsite with our client a toptier technology company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
The role is to provide support in the allocation of resources tasks and/or followup to process product compliance and followup problems of the department. This position supervises and directs the daytoday activities labor on assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Daily attendance review of the people assigned to there lines so they can accommodate personnel based on Experience to be the most productive as possible.
- Production Order Follow Up based on the Shop Order.
- Request Maintenance support for Equipment Downtime
- Communicate with employers about issues (submit occurrence tickets)
- Resolve issues on the line
- Ensure people are following policies
- Ensure people are using PPE.
- Communicate escalate any issue to Shift Production Supervisor.
- Training of new Operators.
Qualifications:
- High school completed or truncated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse environment.
- Effective communication skills.
