Responsibilities:
- Excellent employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist/ Technical Writer in the
La Verne, CA area. - 5 days onsite to start. POSSIBLE change to 3 days onsite/ 2 days Work from Home after onboarding and training.
- Home office supplies (Monitors, Printers, etc.) will not be provided
- Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation.
- Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
- Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
- Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information while also following company provided technical guidelines
- Coordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.
- Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
- Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries
- Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.
- Participate in regular business reviews, conference calls and face to face, based on defined customer portfolios
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files for all orders, business reviews etc.
- Timely preparation of weekly/monthly metrics as set out by site management
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Quality and EHS policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Any other duties as required from time to time by your Manager
Experience:
- Third level Diploma / Degree in Business, English, Communications, Technical Writing or related to Supply Chain Management
- 3-5 years Previous experience in a Customer Service or Technical Writer role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of MS office
- Experience within a Pharmaceutical (or regulated industry) and Supply Chain environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence in a positive manner
- Understanding of Quality Management and compliance systems within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage and drive projects to completion
- Ability to work within a dynamic Team environment
