Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 Management, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in related position
• Experienced in project management and data processing
• Understanding the PDCA Cycle
• Familiar with Shopfloor Excellence (Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Continuous Improvement)
• Orientation to details
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi

Job description :

• Manage and monitor Operational Excellence activities in terms of business operations, business processes, and improvement projects (SGA, 5R, Kaizen, TPM, etc.)
• PDCA process runs well and consistently
• Analyze company improvement opportunities by providing experience and applicable solutions
• Provide Referral strategy for business improvement
• Project Operational Excellence Coordinate
