Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Track referrals and prepare referral forms.
*Upload leads to dialer and schedule showings for agents.
*Create Lead Database for backup in case something happens with the CRM.
*Daily monitoring of agent activity.
*Build follow up process for the agents. Nurturing all leads through steady communication (email and text) until the leads are ready to talk or meet with an agent.
*Database and Pipeline Tool Management.
*Answer CRM-related questions from agents and provide training if needed.
*Service inbound leads from sign calls and online sources and determine where they are in the buying/selling process.
*Re-assigning leads to an agent once appointment is set.
*Immediate response and scrubbing of the leads.(adding labels, activating drip campaigns, sending welcome text or emails, assigning lead to agents)
*Report issues with CRM by calling the hotline.
*Cascade updates regarding incoming CRM-training or webinar and team announcement
*Build trackers and dashboard through google sheets.
*Generate report regarding Agents productivity and accountability.
*Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
*Manage leads and the CRM.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
*Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel Core or AMD equivalent or highly
*RAM: 8GB is recommended with 60GB hard disk space available
(USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
*Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection
*Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature & a high-definition web camera
required
