Position: Mandarin Service Desk Industry: IT/BPO Company Location: Quezon City Salary: Php 70,000-Php 100,000 Schedule: Shifting Schedule Work Set-up: Work Onsite Responsibilities: Responsible for providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email and chat, and web Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principles Record trend of calls and recognize outages proactively Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer Issues Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.
