Handles customers/clients requests and inquiries personally or through phone calls
Provide efficient, precise in dealing customers / clients concerns.
Meet customers/clients in the help desk.
Filing concern slip / job order after works is done properly.
Get confirmation from Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) status of the concerns slip / job order if done or need for re-schedule.
If materials needed coordinate with Facilities Administrator / Building Engineer such request.
Monitoring all renewal permits and licenses related to business and building operations.
Safekeeping of all records related to permits and licenses.
