System Analyst

5+ years of overall experience in application UX design. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent). Experience with design systems and reusable components. Experience leading user workshops and facilitating sessions. Experience with quantitative results - driven design techniques. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Experience with information architecture. Job Responsibilities: Lead product experiences by iteratively validating and refining prototypes with stakeholders and end users. Gather insights through user research by facilitating workshops, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing. Challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems. Create and maintain components in our enterprise design system. Collaborate with other designers and join in on design reviews to challenge your teammates in constructive ways. Conduct information architecture activities and make recommendations on complex navigational structures. Experience required: 5-6 Years
