Housing and Community Development Coordinator II

under general supervision of the Director of Housing and Citizen Services. The incumbent performs a variety of duties related to housing services, to include, but not limited to rehabilitation and new construction, environmental and historical clearance. Develops and provides direct client services. Performs duties related to the research, identification of legal description, mapping, and ownership of vacant lots within the City of Pueblo to determine availability for City housing programs.
