Job Description: Utilize technical and program management skills to drive complex and large scale technology implementations within the clients IT Engineering division to achieve company goals. Initial focus on Corporate line of business, with potential to expand into others. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Lines, Finance, Legal, Security, and Product teams to define program requirements, plan, lead, and implement technological initiatives. Partner with engineering managers and engineers throughout the entire project lifecycle to perform responsibilities such as coordinating stakeholders, defining milestones, estimating work efforts, handling competing priorities, creating program processes. Understand technical implementation intricacies. Identify operational weaknesses and support the innovation of new processes to enhance productivity. Help define, analyze, and track relevant metrics and key performance indicators to measure the impact of technical programs and enable strategic business decisions. Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment on and achievement of company objectives.
Anticipated projects this role will manage (not comprehensive):
- Implementations for Salesforce (Sales Cloud), interface with various vendors providing development (eg. Docusign, CLM)
- Master data governance across various domains
- Implementations for Informatica, Hive, Tableau
- Operational process improvements
Must haves: - Experience program managing multiple complex workstreams in parallel with exceptional detail orientation, organizational ability, and written communication skills. An excellent candidate would have the orientation to create an almost over-organized environment and provide a very high degree of transparency proactively, repeatedly, and reliably. - Salesforce (Sales Cloud) implementation experience, medium to high level of domain expertise
- MDM and data governance expertise
- Strong documentation skills (standard technical program management documentation, not deep technical architect level)
- Technical ability to program management non-Salesforce implementations
- Analytical expertise in Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) metrics to measure performance of programs and initiatives
Nice to haves:
- Salesforce (Service Cloud), Informatica, Hive, Tableau, JIRA expertise
- Product management experience
