Supervises the organization of personnel and equipment to ensure client satisfaction;
Plan and directs the activities related to the preparation and service of meals;
Ensures that food quality conforms to standards;
Handles complaints in accordance with Pizza Delights procedures;
Evaluates the requirements and the cost of beverages;
Evaluates the requirements and the cost of labour;
Oversees the activities of the waiters and other dining room personnel;
Insures and maintains a good work environment;
Assists in recruiting and hiring the dining room personnel;
Explains the new recipes and the new equipment to the dining room personnel;
Orders the food and supplies;
Trains waiters to prepare, garnish and present the meals;
Executes all other tasks as requested by the manager or the franchisee.
