For our customer, an international investment company in Zurich with several subsidiaries across Europe, we are looking for a reliable and motivated professional as
Office Manager (m/f) 50% (Zurich)
Tasks
- General administrative tasks;
- Filing and archiving of documents;
- Providing administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for external and internal partners;
- Coordinating online meetings and video calls;
- Processing of timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of similar work experience in an international environment;
- Russian is your native language, you have proficient knowledge of English and good knowledge of German (min. B2 Level);
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Are you ready to start work in November-December or by agreement;
- You are a resident of Switzerland and have an EU passport or a valid working.
