Job Description

AACG LTD./ BILL SAFEHOUSE is a construction company centered on residential houses. The company takes care of design, consulting, construction and delivery of one-stop all-round services. We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Co-ordinator to join our family and be able to lead the team to create more value for the company and grow together.

Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Construction Project Co-ordinator (NOC 0711)
Position Available:1

Job Location: Richmond, BC
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary hourly wage of $41.50 work 37.5 hours per week 52 weeks a year
Annual: $80,925

Job Duties
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
-Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
-Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
-Develop and implement quality control programs
-Represent company on matters such as business services and union contracts negotiation
-Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
-Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Recruitment Requirements:
Education A university degree or college diploma in civil or construction related
Additional Requirement:
-At least 5 years of experience in contraction industry
-Experience in management may be advantage;
-Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
-Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
-Knowledge of jobsite safety practices required
