NodeJS Backend Software Engineer

Job Description The NodeJS Backend Software Engineer position reports to the Chief Architect and is expected to deliver on complex technical solutions under the direction and guidance of the Chief Architect. Have extensive experience with our two primary languages: NodeJS and PostgreSQL Job Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be part of our Platform Team which is focused on providing solutions for community problems across many industry sectors. Responsibilities include: ? Develop NodeJS microservices on the Client Platform to deliver customer solutions ? Design and implement RESTful APIs ? Develop new components and modules to meet functionality requirements ? Implement data interfaces to external systems ? Assist in troubleshooting final customer solutions Minimum Qualifications ? BS/BA with a preference for computer science or game development ? Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment ? 3+ years professional NodeJS experience ? 1+ years professional PostgreSQL ? 3+ years of object-oriented programming ? Experience testing backend code
