The primary responsibility of the Specialty Recruiter is to focus on specific location/hospital identified as a Focus. The Specialty Recruiter will ensure that all assigned positions in the focus area are filled with the best candidate in an efficient manner, while enthusiastically promoting the culture of the organization and ensuring compliance with corporate hiring policies. The Specialty Recruiter will provide on-site recruitment support in Tucson, AZ, to listen and learn specific markets and work with the Recruitment Manager to develop a recruitment plan. Source, screen and schedule interviews and process offer letters.
Responsibilities:
Provide focus support on identified/assigned locations, markets or positions which require extra recruitment resources.
Travel to identified locations to better understand recruitment in the markets
Provide feedback to leadership on market findings
Follow through on sourcing projects
Identify, plan, organize and attend local job fairs; internal or external for focus markets assigned
Recruit, screen and schedule interviews for pre-qualified candidates to hiring managers for both clinical and ancillary openings
Employ a variety of effective recruitment techniques to source qualified candidates, including cold coals, resume mine, networking and social media
Assist hospital HR Representatives with high-volume recruiting campaigns; including direct mail and cold call follow up
Provide weekly reports on open positions and recruiting progress
Post and maintain new position request for all hospitals through the applicant tracing system
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of full cycle recruiting experience
One year of high-volume healthcare related recruitment experience to include RNs, LVNs, and CNAs
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems and recruitment platforms
Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in written form
Ability to work independently to perform job duties
Proficient in the use of personal computer
Must have a professional demeanor
Must have strong interpersonal relationship skills
