About the Role:
Were on the hunt for an EntryLevel Practice Group Associate (PGA) with a passion for immigration law to join our clients team. This offtrack position involves supporting business immigration needs including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions assisting corporate clients with immigration strategies and participating in firmwide marketing and training initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

Your Mission:
- Review and file nonimmigrant (L H TN O E1/2/3 B1/2 J1) and immigrant (PERM I130 EB1 I140 I485 N400) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates under the direction of a supervising attorney.
- Collaborate with legal assistants paralegals and supervising attorneys for assigned cases.
- Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to firm marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research and draft alerts publications and blog posts.
- Participate in training sessions and other firm and sectionrelated activities.
- Regularly review clientfacing and internal reports to monitor case activity and new case initiations.
Core Competencies:
- Business Immigration Expertise: Knowledge of both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes with a focus on business immigration law.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work with a team of legal assistants paralegals and supervising attorneys.
- Communication & Research: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft legal documents and conduct research on immigration law.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
What You Bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
- Admitted or eligible for admission in CA DC MA or NY.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business immigration law or a relevant immigration clerkship.
- Experience in reviewing reports and monitoring data compliance in immigrationfocused databases.
- Strong docket and time management skills.
- Ability to stay organized and exercise attention to detail in legal processes.
- Entrylevel candidates with business immigration experience will be considered.
