Job Description
Fast growing technology company is seeking a lead DevOps Engineer. This highly visible role will be tasked with ownership of DevOps functions including deployments, root cause analysis, and CI/CD practices. This leader will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of Cloud Engineers, a Data Engineer, and I.T. Administrator. This role is responsible for designing a high availability, high traffic platform. This will will take ownership of forecasting and planning future infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability through automatic, redundant, and scalable solutions.
- Triage production issues.
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate security threats.
- Provide 24X7 production support. Education & Experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in designing and developing complex cloud solutions from inception to delivery.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a Continuous Integration environment.
- Demonstrated experience using Terraform.
- Considerable experience working alongside developers
- High level of work experience with AWS EC2 instances and balancers, S3 buckets, SNS, SQS, Cloudfront.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scripts in a variety of scripting languages.
