Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global trading house looking to hire Senior Commodity Trader to join the team in Zurich, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Build a profitable book trading with ferroalloys and physical base / ligatures as well as chromic based products by sourcing and selling B2B.
Initiate new client relationships with metal businesses across the area and develop as well as maintaining relationships with trading partners and customers.
Work in close contact with other departments of the business such as operations and logistics, to ensure an effective supply chain and high customer service.
Analyse and prepare market information to guarantee the company remains competitive, as well as daily preparation of P&L, trading records, and risk reporting for finance, trading, operations, and senior management.
Report to the Head of Trading.

Key Qualifications / Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in purchase/sales of ferrous and/or nonferrous metals.
Ideal experience within ferrous and nonferrous metals, chrome, ores, or concentrates.
Acquired a degree in business commodity trading or another relevant topic is beneficial.
Must be fluent in English, Russian is also a bonus.
To be located or relocated in Zurich/Switzerland.
