Job Summary
HR Generalist or Designated as HR Officer performs various functions in HR such as personnel payroll, compensation and benefits administration, Recruitment, records management, labor relations, vendor management, while ensuring that people policies are aligned to business and compliant to labor regulations.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Psychology
At least 2 years work experience in Human Resource Department particularly in Timekeeping, Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relation and Employee Discipline.
Proficient in MS office and computer literate
Possesses written and spoken communication skills
Possesses Integrity
Hard working and creative in thinking
Can start asap upon complete requirements
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday 8-5pm.
